Poem Analayis

The title of the poem was “Until We Again  Rendezvous“ and was written by Udiah. The poem starts out as “This life has now passed away” I think the author is talking about how something big in his life is now gone so he will be dramatically changed. “They are with the Lord today” I think the author is talking about maybe his parents or some really close friends have died and are in heaven now. “Enjoying a better life anew” the author is implying that where they are now is better than where they were here. “Their memory shall we carry through” the author is saying how they will never be forgotten. “Until we again rendezvous” means until we meet again when I die. So to sum the poem up and make it short. Someone important in the author’s life has died, they are now in heaven and are living a better life there then they were here. He will remember the people that died forever until he dies and then after he dies he will meet them in heaven.
